Celebrating Chinese New Year With Wee Kiddo

Happy Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year, also referred to as Lunar New Year or Spring Festival celebrates the beginning of a new year on the traditional Chinese Calendar. The first day of the Chinese New Year begins on the new moon that appears between the 21st of January and the 20th of February. In 2020, the first day of the Chinese New Year will on Saturday, the 25th of January.

Chinese New Year is now widely celebrated throughout the world. The new year and festival is a time to gather with family and friends and make way for the incoming good luck with celebrations, decorations, and gifts.

In FAO Schwarz Beijing we are preparing for the celebration of the Chinese New Year.  We are celebrating New Year by decorating a store window.   We want to Give Glad Dreams and honor the tradition of celebrating the New Year, Chinese culture, and give a mention to our lovable Kiddo in this presentation.

In 2019 our own Wee Kiddo has been chosen to be the gift of choice for people all over the world, especially in China. Kiddo, like many Bunnies By The Bay products, is symbolic of delight, kindness, and joy. We are thrilled it has been received and given with such love and Glad Dreams.
