Provides Bunnies By The Bay Brand customer experience from greeting, product teaching, selling, gift wrap, personalization service and cashiering. Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards. Alerts management of potential security issues. Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise. Keeps store space merchandised according to plannograms Keeps customer informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest. Communicates selling trends, customer trends and inventory needs to Merchandising team

 Setting up embroidery machines Trouble shooting equipment Ensuring all projects are completed to client’s specifications. Complete regular maintenance duties  Provide creative advice.  Execute strong time management skills. Need to be good at handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines.
Specific Responsibilities:
Analyzing and understanding project specifications and customer needs before starting each embroidery project.  Selecting the thread, fabric, hoops, and designs appropriate to each project. Setting up machines and supervising the embroidery process Carefully reading instruction manuals to ensure smooth trouble shooting and repair process. Performing regular machine and inventory inspections and reporting any issues or reordering stock as required. Providing suggestions regarding the design, placement and fabric and thread selection  Providing training and guidance to new staffKeeping track of work orders and updating records Communicating with team members to ensure all orders are sent out in a timely manner.  Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices embroidery and embroidery machines
Qualifications:
