Orders and Shipping Information
We offer In-Store pickup at our Flagship Re-Tail Sales Store, located at 710 1st St. La Conner, Washington and our Anacortes Workshop, located at 3115 V Place Anacortes, WA.
Please choose this option at checkout. Processing time will generally be within 24 hours unless a personalization has been requested, which may add an additional business day to complete. Please note that all orders must be picked up within 3 business days of order placement. If your order is not picked up it in the allotted time it will be cancelled. If your order has been customized with embroidery, order payment is required, and a flat rate $14.95 will be added for shipping your order and sent via invoice for separate payment.
When your order is ready to be picked up you will receive a confirmation message. Please have this confirmation with you when you arrive. Please check the hours of operation at your pick up location here.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING REMINDERS:
Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST Monday - Friday will be processed that same day with the exception of orders containing custom embroidery. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
We ship via Fedex, UPS or USPS to the lower 48 states with the following shipping services and fees: (Please note delivery estimates are reflected in business days)
We offer FREE Economy Shipping on orders of $75 or more in the continental United States.
Flat Rate: Economy (3-10 days depending on shipping zone): $9.95 or free on qualifying orders.
Flat Rate: Ground (3-7 days depending on shipping zone): $14.95
Expedited: 2nd Day Air (2 days depending on shipping zone): $34.95
Please note extra processing time is required for embroidery orders. Example: If a non-embroidery order is placed Monday at 10:00am PST it will ship same day and be delivered on Wednesday. If it is placed at 1:00pm PST Monday it will be processed Tuesday and Delivered Thursday.
Next Day Air: Next Business day: $59.95

Please note that holiday sale events will take up to an additional 3 business days for processing.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be done through USPS Priority Mail with a $19.95 flat rate fee
All Orders shipping to APO/FPO are shipped free of charge using USPS. Delivery time will vary.
International Shipping Fees: Most International Fees vary by country and may include VAT charges. Shipping to EU locations is not available at this time.
Shipping to Australia is a flat rate fee of $89.95. This price includes all associated fees and taxes.
Shipping to Canada is a flat rate fee of $59.95. This price includes all associated fees and taxes.

Free shipping offers and promotions apply to US lower 48 states only, and utilizes economy shipping options. Some exclusions may apply.
Once packages leave the Bunny Warehouse in Anacortes or LaConner, WA we entrust our shipping partners FedEx, UPS and USPS to provide service and delivery as stated with our terms of agreement. We do not have full control of their services, but will always do our best to help our customers. If you are experiencing a problem please contact our 24-carrot customer service team and we will assist you or direct you to the proper shipping partner for questions and concerns. For specific shipping and delivery questions please reach out to the carrier service for updated information.
RETURNS
Bunnies By The Bay is delighted to process a return. Please note the rules which apply to returns:
- Returns must be on full price or promotional merchandise. This does not include Sale/Clearance merchandise.
- Please include your receipt with a return.
- Goods must be returned in new condition.
- Shipping fees are non- refundable.
If you do not have a receipt to accompany a return, we are happy to exchange or apply credit in the value of what the item is currently marketed

GIFT WRAP
Gift box sizing: Extra Large Box: 15 x 12 x 6, Large Box: 15 x 11x 4.5, Small Box: 10 x 9 x 4, Extra Small 9 x 7 x 2.5. Your order will be gift wrapped to accommodate your order size. Some items will not fit in our gift boxes, if you have an item that will not fit our sales department will contact you.
