Absolutely fantastic. My daughter lost a very loved Bye-Bye from Bunnies By the Bay that she had for 8 years. In desperate need, I emailed the company and asked if they had any others around. The reply was met by no sorry, then an offer of a handmade one, going off an old photo of the item. This made my day, daughters day and everyone in Warrnambools day as everyone knew about her much loved Ellie! Thank you so much for the love and care in making this item. From start to finish the process was super easy and Alex was phenomenal to work with! She knew the silly buddy I was talking about when I sent the email and contacted me to go over everything and even made a small modification that I requested. It was finished and arrived quickly. The packaging of the item was beyond my expectations, but like every conversation and email it was amazing! It came in a cute Bunnies by the Bay box and wrapped in tissue paper and on the tag was the name of the lady, handwritten that handmade the item. I don’t feel like most if any companies take the time to personally get involved in such a priceless item. Even after my son decides he’s too old for his silly buddy I will forever treasure it and remember the great experience that Bunnies by the Bay gave me and my little boy.
