I ordered a Blossom Bunny and when it arrived it had some dirt on the front leg. I emailed a photo of the dirt along with a request for exchange information. Not only did I receive notification that a new bunny was being shipped that day, I was told that it was not necessary to ship the original bunny back. They even offered suggestions on how to clean the bunny in case I wanted to keep it. The new bunny has since arrived and was in perfect condition!! This is the type of customer service that attracts and maintains customers. Bunnies By the Bay will now be my first stop when shopping for gifts. Thank you again!

We love the bunny! My daughter got one as a gift when she was an infant 10 years ago. I was happy to see your company is still making the same one! Ordered another for my new daughter!! Only complaint was the delivery box was half opened and the tissue paper and sticker where sticking out. Not sure what happened but I also found it on my driveway rather than my front porch. Hope to enjoy for many more years! Thank you!

I have not used yet but cannot wait to give these precious pink bunnies to my 7 month old and 3 month old granddaughters at Easter. These bunnies are perfect.
