When my granddaughter developed a have-to-have bunny to go to sleep with, I thought I’d better order a second for when bunny #1 needs laundering or (heaven forbid) gets lost. But, in reviewing the Bunnies By the Bay site, I was alarmed to see that that bunny design had been discontinued. THEN I saw the offer to make a custom bunny. BYTB asked me all the necessary questions. We went back and forth to make sure the resulting new bunny was perfect. And … it IS! I can’t thank the company enough.
